Every week, Coach Nugesse holds weekly training sessions for anyone who wants to join a fun community while improving their athletic abilities. Every Wednesday night, athletes of any skill level can come join us at Todd Beamer park. Coach will take your athlete through intense cardio, skills drills, or friendly scrimmages.
